Purchaser hereby specifically agrees that all information learned/received from The Business Gym is valuable material and significantly affects the effective and successful conduct of The Business Gym company and the company affiliates’ businesses and related good will. In the event the purchaser releases or resells information, he/she will be removed from the program immediately and legal proceedings will occur.

To cancel membership, purchaser must email cancel@thebusinessgym.com NO LATER THAN 14 days before membership renewal.
