1. "What is the investment for this event?"

Nothing — this experience is completely free. No ticket cost. No upsells. No “surprise” coaching pitch at the end. Why? Because we’re here to help real business owners learn, grow, and build the kind of community that actually leads to results. Every entrepreneur deserves access to strategy, support, and space to level up. That’s also why this application process is personal — we want to get to know you, your business, and your goals to make sure we can actually help you grow. Your only investment? Time, energy, and the commitment to implement what you learn after the experience — because transformation doesn’t happen in the room, it happens when you take action after it.

2. "How can I get an invite?"

You’ll start by applying. We’re curating a powerful group of entrepreneurs who’ve been in the game and have something real to say. If selected, you’ll receive an invitation via email.

3. "Where is it happening?"

Each event is different, but all events will take place in New York City. If there are multiple locations for one event (e.g. location hopping), transportation will be provided from the first location to the last so we can keep the energy going uninterrupted.

4. "Can I bring a friend or team member?"

Nope — this one’s personal. Every seat is curated intentionally, and the energy works best when everyone’s fully present. Don’t worry though, your business will be shouted out by our team (and tagged) across all podcast content shared on The Business Gym pages.

5. "Will my business be featured publicly?”

Absolutely. All content will be filmed, edited, and shared across The Business Gym’s platforms. Your business name and social handles will be tagged and featured in every post you’re a part of — so this is exposure and experience in one.

6. "What if I can't make it after I'm accepted?”

Life happens, but please don’t ghost us. Each seat is valuable and highly limited — if you’re accepted and can’t attend, let us know ASAP so another deserving entrepreneur can take your spot.

7. "Will I have to talk on camera?”

Maybe — we have a content creator that records our experience, so sometimes we may film a group Tik Tok (or two).

8. "How will I know if I'm selected?”

If chosen, you’ll receive an official email and a mailed invitation. We’ll also reach out to confirm your details and gift delivery address — because yes, we’re sending gifts too.

9. "What's the reason for this event?”

Because every founder — new or seasoned — deserves a space to connect, laugh, decompress, and talk honestly about the realities of entrepreneurship without judgment, pressure, or pitches.
