Content Creator (part-time)

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team and help drive the growth of our Instagram page. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative reels and carousel content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in shaping our social media presence and building a community of followers who are inspired by our business coaching expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • -Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and compelling reels and carousel content for our Instagram page.
  • -Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to understand our brand voice, target audience, and content strategy.
  • -Develop content ideas and concepts that align with our business coaching objectives and resonate with our audience.
  • -Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and relevant topics to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and valuable.
  • -Utilize storytelling techniques and creative editing to deliver impactful messages and inspire our audience.
  • -Stay informed about Instagram's features, updates, and best practices to continually enhance our content creation process.
  • -Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.

Requirements:

  • -Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the realm of Instagram content creation.
  • -Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok's platforms, features, and best practices for creating reels and carousel content.
  • -Understanding of Google Sheet and Google Docs to keep track of content and maintain workload.
  • -Exceptional visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
  • -Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media, particularly in the business coaching or personal development field.
  • -Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage with our audience.
  • -Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • -A passion for business coaching, personal development, and helping others succeed.

Event Host

As our Event Host, you'll be the face of our brand at all of our pop-up shops and coaching events. You'll get to mingle with attendees, share our message, and show off your sales skills.

But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at our pop-up events. From coordinating the logistics to making sure the swag bags are fully stocked.

And don't forget about lead generation! You'll be in charge of adding new members to our funnel by collecting emails. So, if you're a social butterfly with a knack for lead generation, we want you on our team!

Job Requirements:

  • - Must live in NY (or within Tri-state area)
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Skills Coach

As a Skills Coach, you'll be responsible for helping entrepreneurs identify and leverage their transferrable skills to achieve their goals. You'll work with clients during pop-up events to assess their skills, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at our pop-up events. From coordinating the logistics to making sure the swag bags are fully stocked.
