We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Event Marketing & Setup Assistant to help us at The International Beauty Show at Jacob Javits Center!
This is a per diem role—meaning you’ll work only when needed—but for this event, we need someone March 23-25 to help with setup, guest engagement, and overall booth management.
If you love networking, event energy, and aren’t afraid to start conversations, this is the gig for you!
1) Event Setup & Breakdown: Help unpack, set up, and break down materials (tables, merch bags, backdrop, floor tiles, etc.).
2) Guest Engagement: Interact with event attendees, collect email leads, and encourage them to check out our booth.
3) Assist with Merchandise: Organize and distribute event swag, manage booth traffic, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
4) Be the Booth Vibe Curator: Keep the energy high and make connections with attendees!
Someone social, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests.
Physically able to lift 15-30 lbs for booth setup & breakdown.
A team player who can follow instructions & take initiative.

As a Skills Coach, you'll be responsible for helping entrepreneurs identify and leverage their transferrable skills to achieve their goals. You'll work with clients during pop-up events to assess their skills, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at our pop-up events. From coordinating the logistics to making sure the swag bags are fully stocked.
And don't forget about lead generation! You'll be in charge of adding new members to our funnel by collecting emails. So, if you're a social butterfly with a knack for helping entrepreneurs, we want you on our team!
